?The problem:
- Do you hate those nasty letters from the management company about your driveways, roofs etc.????The board does! Thats when the phone starts ringing and homeowners are saying I got a letter a week after I cleaned my driveway! Pretty crazy, huh? Your darn right!
- Neighbors complaints about others. Prompting action by the board and management company.
The solutions:
- All walk through dates?are posted here for the year (quarterly walk through). That will give you months to plan your maintenance agenda! For dates click here
- The first letter you receive will be a friendly reminder and will be worded as such. You can view the letter on the document page. This will be giving all property owners plenty of time and courtesy. If for any reason you cannot comply or need more time you simply need to communicate this to the management company and the board of directors. The second letter will be more forceful due to non-compliance. We hope there will never be a third, but if there should? you will need to judge yourself accordingly.
- Be a good neighbor! Most complaints start right next door! We get complaints from neighbors that mostly would like to stay anonymous. Prompting the board and management company to act on the complaint. It also drags in others that have like situations. Although their neighbors?never complained, and?was?never?an issue for sometimes years! They get drug into the complaint to avoid bias. Being a good neighbor is where harmony in the community starts! Respect thy neighbor and thy neighbor shall respect? ye! If you should have?a discrepancy with someone.?Try to present your case to the neighbor as calmly and respectfully as possible. You will find most folks are good people given half a chance. Everyone has problems! It could be money or sickness maybe problems with a son or daughter.?Show some compassion and understanding!

- ?When can I water my Lawn??South Florida?Water Management District implemented this starting April 18th 2008.
Residents and businesses of Broward, Collier, Miami-Dade, Monroe, St. Lucie and coastal areas of Lee, Martin and Palm Beach counties, including the City of West Palm Beach, are limited to a two-day-per-week landscape irrigation schedule with two "watering windows:"
Odd street addresses may irrigate lawns and landscapes on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. and/or 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.
Even street addresses may irrigate lawns and landscapes on Thursdays and Sundays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. and/or 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.
The SFWMD recommends the efficient use of water, which includes placing a maximum of about three-quarters of an inch to an inch of water once per week on lawns and accomplishing irrigation during the early morning hours when temperatures and wind speed are the lowest to reduce evaporation losses.
Hand-watering with one hose fitted with an automatic shut-off nozzle is allowed for 10 minutes per day for landscape stress relief and to prevent plant die-off.
Low-volume irrigation, including the use of drip and microjet systems that apply water directly to plant root zones, is not restricted but should be voluntarily reduced.
Additional watering days and times are allocated for the establishment of new lawns and landscapes.
No restrictions apply to other outside water uses, such as for car and boat washing, pressure cleaning of paved surfaces, decorative fountains and water-based recreation (e.g. swimming pools, water slides).
Golf courses must reduce their allocated water use by 30 percent.
Agricultural and nursery water users in the Lake Okeechobee Service Area remain subject to Modified Phase III restrictions.
