We all agreed, when we moved into Cypress Trails, to abide by a small set of rules.  Those rules are  the community's By-Laws.

We are also aware that there are some sixty, closing, documents involved in buying a home in Florida. The seller should have provided you with a set of By-Laws but in the event that did not happen or you lost your copy we offer the following solution.

Our Cypress Trails POA is now able to make available to us the current by-laws of the association, further should you decide to make major changes to your home, be it an add-on, a repaint, or whatever the association rules would like to know about it.
